Profil Plus does not buy a better ranking.
The order in the directory is the same for all clubs. Search, lists and maps treat everyone the same. And nothing shows visitors who has Profil Plus.
The only exception: up to 10 instead of 5 of your club’s events are visible at the same time.

How do I book Profil Plus?
Open your management portal with the link from your email and choose “Profil Plus”. Payment is via Stripe, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or, depending on availability, TWINT. If you no longer have the link, request a new one at bontem.ch/verwalten.
Can I upload my own video?
Yes. There is one video per club: either a file (MP4 or WebM, at most 200 MB and 3 minutes) or a link to YouTube or Vimeo. The file is stored by Bontem, nothing goes to third parties when it plays.
How do I cancel?
In the management portal under “Profil Plus”, any time and without a reason. Profil Plus keeps running until the end of the paid year. Amounts already paid are not refunded pro rata.
What happens to pictures and video when Profil Plus ends?
They are no longer public but stay stored for 12 months. If you book again within this time, everything is back immediately. After that we delete them. Your basic entry remains in any case.
Who can book Profil Plus?
Every verified entry in the directory. Verification with your statutes is free. Clubs using Bontem management already have Profil Plus included.
Do visitors see that we pay?
No. There is no badge and no notice. Visitors simply see a more complete club page.
